Kawks is a well known and highly res­pec­ted emu­la­tor for the CPS-2 Arcade gaming sys­tem. It’s able to play a long list of arcade games and the author attempts to keep up with it with qua­lity fixes which is impor­tant for any such emu­la­tor. Kawks unders­tands the dyna­mics of how the CPS-2 sys­tem works. Inte­res­tingly enough, CPS-2 mother­boards were relea­sed in dif­fe­rent coun­tries and con­tai­ned the soft­ware that pla­yed on arcade sys­tems that we once enjo­yed and somewhat to this day, still enjoy memo­ries of the past. Sadly enough, the pro­ces­sor only ran at 12 mhz! Yes, only 12 and was able to play res­pec­ta­ble games. Try it out and down­load the Kawks emu­la­tor for yourself!
